followed you for a while and noticed you got into some enduro style mtb in the past couple years. I am an avid cyclist / enduro racer and would be interested to hear your take on strength training for enduros / general life fitness, specifically for us “masters age“ competitors. If this will help narrow that vague question down, geared towards an athlete with a decent strength training background, with multiple sports, military experience, and a couple years of CrossFit sprinkled in.
