ASSESSMENT - I
In order to know what you need, you have to know where you ARE. In this video, Chris and Spencer break down ways to self-assess in order to make better choices for the day.
ASSESSMENT - II
The second portion of your self-assessment includes understanding where you are on the continuum of strength; more accurately called 'motor control'. Before you can move quickly and with power, you need a good set of 'brakes'.
ASSESSMENT - III
The 3rd part of the physical assessment includes...conditioning.. Assess where your current level of 'work capacity is' with these simple guidelines.
Each day you train, there are a series of internal questions you should ask yourself. In this video, Chris and Spencer discuss those questions, provide some easy categories to use, and then how to solve your fitness needs.
